[WebDav] Open files from logs in JetBrains WebStorm

Currently when I see logs and try to fast open files mentioned there it allows to open it in VS Code or in Eclipse only. I think many people also use JetBrains WebStorm or other IDE from JetBrains company and it would be great if you will add possibility to open files in these IDEs also.

Hello Vitalii Dobryi ! Thanks for your suggestions! Opening files from webdav in the IDE is a bit tricky part, but we will consider giving this a try and if POC is succesful it will be moved to Planned!
