The injection of the missing action buttons on some pages was recently adjusted and now it activates/works only in Development environments. With this task, we aim to:

Add a new preference in Options -> Settings -> Business Manager (default value = false), that toggles the injection of the missing buttons on PRD, with a clear warning that this is intended for people who know what they are doing!!

Restore the missing injected buttons in production instances, on pages such as Site Import/Export, and other places where we inject missing buttons.
