[Options] Saving/Editing AM credentials better UX

While in Options - > Accounts page, and while having existing saved configurations, user should be able to save the credentials and trigger the confirmation modal by:
- Clicking the "Enter" key on the keyboard
- Click the "Apply" button (the button should be visible only if the form fields were changed, and not yet saved)
- Click outside the input area (current behavior)
